3. User Roles & Platform Access

PurnOrganic operates a multi-role platform. Depending on your role, different data is collected and processed:

  • Buyers: name, contact, delivery address, order history, payment method
  • Sellers / Farmers: business details, product listings, inventory, bank account, KYC documents, payout records
  • Suppliers: company profile, supply agreements, pricing, fulfilment data, compliance certificates
  • B2B Partners: company registration, GST, credit terms, bulk order history
  • Admin / Staff: access logs are maintained for accountability and audit purposes
